On the way to Cabin 5

First day of holiday. We arrived after an uneventful ferry ride and made our way to our cabin. We parked and looked for the entry, and as we turned a corner there were these trees, kissed by the late afternoon sun. I pulled my camera out. I knew right away what I would be painting for the rest of the week.

Selected to be part of the 80th Anniversary Exhibition by the Federation of Canadian Artists.
